Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Beautiful Countryside Construction In Muling City Heilongjiang Province

In the 2013 Central Rural Work Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "the construction of beautiful countryside".The rural areas are an indispensable and important part of socialist China.The construction of beautiful countryside is not only an important part of the construction of Wild China,but also the comprehensive way to build a well-off society.The construction of beautiful countryside is not only the comprehensive transformation of the new socialist countryside under the guidance of ecological civilization construction,but also a new rural construction conforming to the trend of social development.The research methods of field research,literature research,empirical analysis and case analysis are applied in this paper.This paper take the Muling County as a research object Muling County.Based on the research on the related literatures from China and abroad,this paper expounds the present situation and the related problems of the construction of beautiful countryside in Muling County,and then puts forward the development suggestions and concrete measures of the beautiful rural construction of Muling County.The experience concluded in this paper provide Muling County and other similar areas development recommendations and decision making demonstration of the construction of beautiful countryside.Muling County is located in the remote mountainous area,the basement of agricultural natural is abundant,the ecological environment is good.Through the establishment of the leadership mechanism to provide organizational support,establishing planning to lead the construction of beautiful rural areas,promote urban and rural planning as a new engine to build a beautiful rural,to raise funds to meet the needs of new rural construction funds and other measures,during the beautiful ruralconstruction process has made remarkable achievements: modern agriculture was taking shape,the economic benefits of rural tourism is appearing preliminarily,the country's fashion and order has improved markedly.While achieving a series of achievements,there are still some problems in the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Muling County,such as,the propaganda of“beautiful countryside” is not strong enough,the farmer is short of unity consciousness,the overall beautiful countryside construction plan is lacking,exists the disorderly construction,the actual operation and the management existence deviation and so on.Based on the development of the state of Muling County and the experience of rural construction at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to accelerate the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Muling County by improving farmers ' ecological consciousness and participating in enthusiasm,strengthening organization and leadership,formulating long-term development plan,innovating working mechanism and constructing harmonious ecological culture system.
