ZZ Founded in 2011,the past few years with the expansion of business development and the size of the company's daily operations management process issues have been exposed,to the company's business development caused some distress and impact.Based on the theory of writing paper,the binding relationship marketing,using a literature analysis,the combination of theory and practical methods for ZZ relationship marketing company currently existing problems,the ZZ's course of business and the interests of stakeholders business contact and rise to the level of theory of relationship marketing,trying to provide scientific management ZZ Corporation,a reasonable idea to carry out relationship marketing strategy to guide the practice ZZ company management to build relationship marketing network,access to better resources and further enhance their overall competitiveness and achieve long-term business objectives,hope for more start-ups from confrontation to cooperation of transaction marketing,relationship marketing win-win change can provide some reference and reference.By analyzing ZZ company profile,the customer's needs and categories buying methods,and the influence of this methods has on the ideology of marketing and purchasing on th e ZZ,this paper points out that the marketing strategy of the company had shifted from t he traditional buying-selling mode to the customer interest-oriented mode.Based on the current status of relationship marketing of ZZ company and Problems,noted the inevita bility of ZZ company implemented relationship marketing.From the actual situation,m akes a specific marketing strategy for the company ZZ on the principle of discovering th e customer's need,enhancing the customer's satisfaction and then getting the trust and l oyalty of the customers.Customer relationship marketing strategy anchored to the surro unding radiation,to carry out the internal marketing,improve employee satisfaction,wi n-win cooperation with suppliers,fair competition,communicate and collaborate with c ompetitors,establish a good corporate image relationship marketing strategy.And propos ed appropriate safeguards for implementing this relationship marketing strategy.The mo de of operation of ZZ company is not the way for the retail market,but the main large cl ients,but it takes a lot of cost and effort to enter into a collaboration with a large custom er,so it would be better maintain good customer relations after obtaining customers.As a result of relationship marketing strategies involve many aspects of organizational structure,systems,processes,management and corporate culture,policy implementation issues will be encountered due to lack of experience of the authors,time constraints and other reasons,and not done and more,we want to study in the future to further improve.
