Based on the theory and development of corporate culture at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the development strategy of corporate culture of Nanjing Ericsson Company in combination with the actual situation of Nanjing Ericsson and Ericsson Global Group.This paper makes a practical analysis on the development trend of Nanjing Ericsson.It is pointed out that Nanjing Ericsson is currently in need of the time of optimizing the reform of corporate culture.It should combine the development strategy of Ericsson's business enterprise and determine the development strategy of Nanjing Ericsson's corporate culture in time.Planning principles and guiding ideology.The author first makes a general exposition of the research background and the present situation of corporate culture research at home and abroad,and makes a conceptual definition and theoretical study on the corporate culture.Then,the author analyzes the current situation of corporate culture development of Nanjing Ericsson Company SWOT method is used to analyze the corporate culture development strategy of Nanjing Ericsson Company.Based on this analysis,the development strategy of corporate culture of Nanjing Ericsson is analyzed.In addition,the author puts forward the strategy of Nanjing Ericsson's corporate culture development from the perspective of national history and society,innovation and artisan spirit,and opens up a new way for Nanjing Ericsson to carry out enterprise culture development strategy.Through the in-depth analysis of the development strategy of Nanjing Ericsson's corporate culture,it can be concluded that Nanjing Ericsson's corporate culture strategy embodies the significant external opportunities and internal advantages of the company.Nanjing Ericsson can be in the current corporate culture has been achieved on the results of the formation of the system of corporate culture,to consolidate the existing corporate culture,while the global development strategy with the company unified,strengthen the core values of Ericsson's core role.This provides a valuable strategic basis for the company to build its own corporate culture in the internationalization process,thereby achieving an invincible position in an increasingly globalized world.
