Enterprise culture is a business survival and development of the soul, in recent years, most companies began to focus on corporate culture, in order to cultivate and enhance the enterprise's leadership and execution. As the most competitive banking sector in the financial market, it is the choice of the majority of banks to strengthen the core competitiveness by optimizing the construction of corporate culture,improving the overall quality of the bank and expanding the brand awareness.YZ Bank as a commercial bank in the current star, in recent years showing a strong momentum of development, and always adhere to the "corporate culture to lead business development", the corporate culture as the only way to promote the development of enterprises. However, Nanjing Branch, as an important provincial capital city branch of YZ Bank, has its own limitations and uniqueness in the construction of corporate culture, influenced by the original state-owned enterprise culture and its own special circumstances. It can not only effectively develop the corporate culture Boost the role, but also to some extent affected the Nanjing branch in the same industry in the competitive state. Based on the research of corporate culture of YZ Bank Nanjing Branch, this paper first chooses the basic theory of enterprise culture construction: connotation, structure and measurement model on the basis of combing relevant research at home and abroad. Then, based on the current situation of corporate culture of Nanjing Branch, this paper combines the organizational model theory of Shein and the OCAI corporate culture measurement model to carry out the diagnosis of corporate culture from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives through questionnaires and field interviews.
