Since entering 21 century, especially after China joined WTO, the trend of integrative economy of the world is more and more obvious, not only more and more foreign enterprises entered China, but also more and more Chinese corporations walk out to the world. Facing internationalization of economy and corporation in the new economic era, how corporate culture theories develop based on established ones, how to exert the functions of corporate culture based on identifying the commonness and otherness of corporate culture between China and foreign countries, especially how to compare and use for reference of successful international enterprise corporate culture construction experiences, promote the development and innovation of Chinese corporate culture, becomes an important task.The naissance of corporate culture is about at the seven or eight decades of 20 century. Along with the raise of Japanese economy, it surprised the world, after the research of American scholars, they found the secret—The success of corporate culture. The theory base of corporate culture is classically management theory, scientific management theory and human relationship theory. The framework of corporate culture mainly constitutes the psychic layer (based on kernel value), behavior, system and substance layer. Guide and restriction, agglomeration and inspirit, conformity and innovation is the main function of corporate culture, and it's characteristic includes materiality and immateriality, stability and dynamic.China and foreign scholars, enterprises contributed great work to the research and practice of corporate culture. Foreigners research may be cut into 3 aspects: 1.) Qualitative description of corporate culture; 2.) Quantitative research works; 3.) systematic research works. Research on corporate culture is still very shallow in China, mainly probe into the meaning of corporate culture, and the relationship with social culture, innovation, lacking theory based qualitative description research and normative demonstration research, the practice of corporate culture has ever been to the wrong ways.
