| With the development of economic globalization continually,the enterprise of the dramatic changes in the external environment and internal environment,the enterprise must dynamically analyze opportunities and threats,grasp the opportunity,refactoring resources,forming a certain dynamic capabilities to adapt to complex competitive environment.Enterprises obtain the competitive advantage of the largest undeveloped area exists between suppliers and enterprises,this area is often ignored,this area is the biggest potential opportunities for commercial gain.And purchasing management is the important link between enterprises and suppliers,its function is cooperation relationship between suppliers and processing enterprises,the management ability directly affect the enterprise's competitive ability in the supply chain and product competitiveness,thus,purchasing management ability is an important part of enterprise strategy management.Time today,the customer demand diversity,demand lead time become more and more short,the enterprise in the customer oriented,must have an efficient supply chain system,the enterprise bond with suppliers,purchasing management as the connection is important,the ability of purchasing management affect the elasticity of the supply chain of purchasing management,purchasing management and strategy in supply chain should be adjusted dynamically in order to meet the requirements of customers.This paper adopted literature study method,case study method and interview method,totally three research methods,research at domestic and abroad a large number of dynamic capabilities,supply chain management research and sourcing strategy research and related theory of literature,and through the official website to obtain the authority of the papers related to media and enterprises information and the latest research results.Thesis research is the premise of has sufficient theoretical foundation,through induction and summary of the literature,not only understand the object of study of the latest developments in research,but also can be extracted a new perspective of research.The paper studies the case of enterprise in the industry representative,behind its high-speed development with its highly efficient supply chain management system and the dynamic capability of purchasing management are inseparable,therefore,selected Caterpillar wujiang company as the representative cases.The procurement strategy is not static,enterprise needs to adjust the existing strategy with dynamic vision in the complex competitive environment.Reference in this paper,we study the Teece(2007)about the definition of dynamic capability dimension,the engineering machinery enterprise purchasing management dynamic capability dimension divided into awareness and the threat to the ability of ability,grasp the opportunity,refactoring resources,through the case study analysis to the typical industry enterprise,therefore the engineering machinery enterprises in the supply chain the escalating stages of the formation of the dynamic capabilities and characteristics of procurement management,vertical timeline to reveal the engineering machinery enterprises dynamic capability of purchasing management in supply chain upgrade step type evolution in the three stages,with the ability of the purchasing management dynamic,enterprise customer oriented supply chain to reduce response time and enhancing the elasticity of supply chain,so as to sum up the dynamic capability of enterprise purchase and supply chain flexibility were positively correlated.The innovation points of this paper are reflected in the following two aspects:first,the paper establishes the dynamic capability of purchasing management of construction machinery enterprises in different stages of supply chain upgrading.Secondly,this study not only analyzes the process of supply chain upgrade of engineering machinery enterprises,but also analyzes and studies the process of purchasing management dynamic capability step development. |
