Chemical industry as the basic industry of the country,has been brought to the attention of the countries,but in recent years,due to the traditional chemical industry market demand downturn,severe overcapacity,combined with the national policy and the change of social environment,the decline of the enterprise benefit,especially since the 13th Five-Year,the state of production safety,environmental protection,energy conservation and emissions reduction policy increasingly tightened,coal chemical industry enterprise operating pressure is more and more big,the enterprise must take the initiative to upgrade metempsychosis,can survive trough industry development.This paper combines the theory of value chain and cost control,enterprise analyzes the cost control through the perspective of enterprise value chain on the basis of the theory,the enterprise value chain is subdivided into internal and external value chain of the value chain two aspects,through a concrete analysis of the value chain's each link,enterprise find effective measures to reduce the enterprise cost.HS chemical company as the typical coal chemical enterprise,has a low cost advantage in the industry,especially the enterprises the main-the cost of urea fertilizer products,leading in the domestic chemical companies,but with the loss of the urea market prices in recent years,profit also gradually reduce the urea,HS chemical company operating income for three consecutive years of decline,enterprise capacity also has not increased,indicating that the HS chemical industry the problems encountered in the process of industry transformation,this article from the Angle of the HS chemical company's value chain,to control the cost of each link of the value chain,analyzing the present situation and problems of combining the theory of the value chain to find the root cause of the problem,and come up with optimization idea for the weak link of the value chain,and then to optimize the HS chemical company's cost control system,to provide the theoretical guarantee for the future transformation and development of HS chemical industry.In this paper,using the value chain theory to combine the actual case analysis of HS chemical industry,find out the cost control problems of HS chemical company in the aspect of value chain,and propose the optimization strategy,It provides reference for the transformation and development of other enterprises in coal chemical industry.
