| As the standard of living of our residents continues to improve,the casual food industry continues to grow and the number of participants increases,coupled with the many competitors that already exist,competition in the casual food industry is becoming more and more intense.In order to survive,leisure food companies must adopt a new concept and approach to meet future market needs in order to win and thrive in this fierce competition.The emergence of the supply chain cost management model provides a new direction for cost control in casual food enterprises.Supply chain cost control is oriented towards the needs of the downstream customers,linking all parts of the supply chain into an organic whole and implementing cost control throughout the process.By effectively integrating the internal and external resources of the enterprise and optimising the allocation of resources in each link,the non-essential costs of repeated consumption are reduced,the operational management efficiency is improved,and the profitability of the enterprise is expanded,creating a new breakthrough point for leisure food enterprises to gain a competitive advantage.L company’s supply chain system has always been a leading example in the industry,and the company’s mode of operation has given full play to its competitive advantages.However,with the promotion of the national expansion strategy and the continuous expansion of the scale,the long-standing problems in cost control of L company have gradually come to the fore,affecting the further development of L company.Therefore,through the supply chain-based cost control research and analysis of L company,this thesis hopes to provide help for the development of L company.Firstly,on the basis of reading a lot of literature related to supply chain cost control,we introduced the content,characteristics,key aspects and theoretical research of supply chain cost control by scholars at home and abroad at present.Then,the basic situation of L company and the current situation of supply chain cost control are introduced,and the problems in supply chain cost control of L company are pointed out from the aspects of procurement,warehousing and logistics,marketing and customer maintenance and development,and the causes of the problems are analyzed from various aspects.Then,combined with the idea of supply chain cost control optimization,cost optimization measures are proposed for the company from four aspects:strengthening the control of procurement costs,improving the cost control system of warehousing and logistics,strengthening the control of marketing and promotion costs,and attaching importance to customer relations.Finally,the thesis further proposes that in the process of implementing the optimisation measures,L company should formulate relevant safeguard measures,mainly from the four aspects of assessment system,supervision mechanism,human resources and information technology.The study of L company in this thesis is not only to promote the continuous optimisation and improvement of L company’s supply chain cost control system,but also to provide some reference and thinking direction for the development of leisure food retail enterprises in the new era in China. |
