Research On The Transformation Of Bank Of Nanjing Income Structure

After a greater development,the strength of Bank of Nanjing has gradually increased,but from the perspective of the income structure,compared with foreign outstanding commercial banks there is still a big difference.With China's economic development to a new stage,commercial banks rely on a simple way to collect interest has been difficult to guarantee the further growth of its performance,the need to open up new market space.Bank of Nanjing faces the new economic norm and the domestic and foreign bank competition,how to adjust the income structure,increase profits,guarantee Bank of Nanjing's sustainable competitive advantage,has become the focus on the need to consider local Bank of Nanjing.This paper firstly describes the research background and significance,content and method,and the influence of income structure,main source of income of banks factors.are studied and summarized in this study guide.Through analyzing the present situation of Bank of Nanjing income structure analysis,structure and characteristics of the income are summarized,finding out the deficiency existing in the income structure of the status quo,including earnings mainly rely.on loan spreads,credit business is highly dependent,non-interest income is developing rapidly but the scale is still small,non-interest business mainly in the retail market.Other non-interest income accounted for relatively is low.In this paper,the author summarizes the experience of some excellent foreign commercial banks and compares them with the income structure of Bank of Nanjing.On this basis,this paper presents a path and direction of the transition of the income structure of Bank of Nanjing which should be combined with its own characteristics to develop non-interest income business,expanding the growth of strong stability,focusing on business capital light compound talents cultivation and mining,based on several aspects of different angle in search of the market in the "blue ocean" strategy and organizational security and risk control from two aspects and put forward the safeguard measures.
