Jiangsu Telecom Financial Shared Services Model Management Optimization Research

Financial shared service is an important sector of management reform and innovation of modern business.It is an integrated and efficient financial shared model realizing the sharing of data and know-how.It is becoming the choice of enterprises increasingly,as it creates better performance of financial management while lowering the cost.The rapidly upgrading information technology and accumulation of practice have been optimizing the operation and management of financial shared center.As a large enterprise with numerous departments and branch companies in Jiangsu province,Jiangsu Telecom is launching the establishment of financial shared center and exploring in many fields.This thesis analyzes the problems of financial shared center of Jiangsu Telecom and lists targeted suggestions,in order to promote its financial shared services.This thesis elaborates the research background,significance,domestic and international research status quo,research mind map and approaches of financial shared service center.Related theories are referred to provide theoretical guidance for the analysis.Introducing the background of financial shared model by Jiangsu Telecom,the thesis analyzes the framework,function and services of the model,and summarizes the effect of the operation.Through studying the operational problems of financial shared service model of Jiangsu Telecom,the thesis listed the problems in the model's selection,informationization and procedure,human resource,service,and risk control.Based on analysis of problems,the thesis conducts conclusion of successful experiences of enterprises at home and abroad.Based on SWOT analysis,this thesis comes up with optimizing solutions to the financial shared service model of Jiangsu Telecom,including management optimization of organization based on clarified function,procedure based on informationization,management based on employees and services,as well as better measurements of risk control,so as to promote the financial shared service of Jiangsu Telecom.
