China's motor vehicle ownership has maintained a high-speed growth in the past decade,and is expected to soon be in the automotive market,after-sales service,car beauty,second-hand car and other business will be in the automotive industry profits increasing proportions.Audi brand is an early entry into the Chinese luxury car market,and still occupies a leading position in China's luxury car market,the development of its after-sales business will also largely affect the FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co.,Ltd.operating conditions.Service Advisor is the core position of after-sales business,its personnel training and ability to upgrade is one of the priorities.This paper explores the overall operating status of the Audi brand dealers and the workplace ecology of the Audi service advisors,and reviews the operation of the existing service advisors training system and finds some improvement directions.From the service advisors' job responsibility and capacity model,combined with the dealer business,the Audi brand service advisors development expectations,combined with the service advisors' own career development plan,meticulously collected the service consultant job training needs.During this period,I did some paper-survey and face to face interview to understand the service advisors' real training demand.On this basis,we optimize the new training system of service advisors.The new training system has improved in the course of practical content,curriculum integration,training costs.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the ADDIE training structure and the PDCA quality cycle,a four-level training evaluation program was developed according to the Kirkpatrick Model.The real effect of the training was evaluated from four aspects: Reaction(classroom feedback),Learning(knowledge transferring),Behavior(behavior changing)and Result(economic benefit),taking into account the interests of individuals trained and theiraffiliated enterprises.And we concern about how to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized training system.This paper deals with some reform measures which may have some difficulty and resistance in operation,such as the adjustment of organization and adjustment of remuneration policy in FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co.,Ltd.,and hope that this paper can help to improve the training work.
