Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of automobile industry, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, new China’s automobile industry from scratch, the rapid development, now, various joint ventures, import, independent brand development competing Doo Yan, has formed a wide range of products, strong production capacity of Auto industrial system.Audi brand as the first luxury car brand to enter the Chinese market, in the design, quality, technology have created a good reputation. The Audi brand is the first of all the car brand to carry out the training of the dealer, the entire automotive industry has a leading role. Training business is also accompanied by Audi and the world’s leading automotive brands came to China, and with the expansion of product sales and brand influence, Audi training business more in-depth, detailed and practical needs, the end of the product sales satisfaction and customer satisfaction to enhance the customer satisfaction.As a bridge between the enterprise and the end user, the dealer plays a vital role in the entire sales chain. Especially the professional level and service concept of first line sales staff directly affect the sales results. Automotive products are highly professional and complex, so consumers in the choice of goods, the need to have professional sales staff to their understanding of the value of the product and the recognition of the value of the product, and the understanding of the sales staff to understand the need for training to be real.Based on the reading and research of the relevant literature, this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey, interview and descriptive analysis to show the status quo and problems of the Audi brand training, and based on the actual work experience, put forward the improvement proposal and suggestion.The first part briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research contents and methods, and explains the special concept of the Audi brand training system.The second part analyzes the present situation of the Audi brand training from the aspects of the actual work, the organization of the training department, the staff structure, the training content and so on.The third part analyzes the key problems in the training of Audi, and gives the solution.Through the author’s experience and experience in practice, this paper summarizes the problems and puts forward solutions and ideas, hoping to promote the role of the Audi brand car sales, and meet the challenges of the market economy and the ups and downs of the 2020 strategic challenges.
