Research On Development Mode Of Towns Under The New Urbanization Background

Since the 21 st century,China has entered the frequent stage of strategic adjustment,decades of reform and opening up the accumulation of the problem and the international community's many uncertain factors determine China's urban construction will belong in the "development and transformation of coexistence" state.At the "18th National Congress of the CPC" and the Central Economic Work Conference in 2012,the central government put forward a new urbanization strategy based on people.The “report” by Hu stressed that we should adhere to the new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics,promote the interaction between industrialization and urbanization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Small town is the lifeblood of China's healthy urbanization,if there is no healthy development of small towns,healthy urbanization can not be guaranteed.Small town is suitable for people and nature to fully communicate the settlement point,the future of urbanization a considerable part of the financial investment to invest in small towns,so the development of small towns for the model is also imminent.In the first part,paper enumerates the representative of domestic experts and scholars of small town model research,including “Su nan model”,“Wenzhou model”,“Zhu Sanjiao model”,“Geng Che model”,“Jinjiang model”and “Qiu's model”.Then puts forward the factors that affect the development pattern of a small town,including the natural resource endowment,the economy and the industry,the population situation of the urban population,the position of the urban population,and the characteristics of the small town development model,which is based on the macroeconomic background of the new urbanization.And traffic conditions,history and culture,stakeholders,and through these six factors proposed eleven small town development model.Finally,the case of Caidian in Huangpi District of Wuhan City is taken as an example.By analysis of the natural resource,the economy and industry,the urban population,the location and traffic conditions,the history and culture,and the stakeholders,to determine the small town development mode,and compared with the traditional urbanization perspective of Caidian development model and the new urbanization perspective and thus draw the conclusion.
