A Study On The Development And Construction System Of Small Tourist Towns Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Since we introduced the reform and the open policy,China has experienced the largest urbanization process in the history of the world.It has significantly reflected in the increasing of the multiples of cities and established towns and has become an important carrier for agglomeration of industries and population.However,at the same time,urbanization has brought about some practical problems such as unreasonable urban structure and insufficient development of small towns.How to enhance the development capacity of small towns is a major research topic for the healthy and sustainable development of new urbanization in China.The rise and development of characteristic towns have eased the unbalanced urgency in large,medium and small towns,and are an important path choice in the process of new urbanization.This article is based on the theoretical research of featured towns under the background of new urbanization.Through the comparative study of domestic and foreign featured towns,and referring to the results of national policies and other scholars' research,a five-dimensional model of industry,function,form,system,and culture is constructed.Tourism-specific town development and construction system of the first-level indicators: Industry is the core support of the town,which is divided into two secondary indicators of industrial core and industrial support,and consists of six tertiary indicators;function is an important basis for the construction of small towns.For the tourism function,community function and ecological function,there are three secondary indicators,and there are eight third-level indicators;the form is the image propaganda of the township construction,and is divided into three secondary indicators of street shape,architectural form and landscape form,There are six three-level indicators;the system is the prerequisite for the construction of small towns and is divided into three secondary indicators of government guidance,business entities,and market operations.There are six three-level indicators.Culture is the brand identity of small town construction.For the two secondary indicators of historical culture and folk culture,there are two third-level indicators,which describe qualitatively the twenty-eighth three-level indicators,and summarize the tourism features.The path of the development and construction of the town.Based on the actual situation of Zhaohua Town in Guangyuan City,this study combined with the development and construction system of tourism featured towns,and analyzed in detail the location,geographical conditions,tourism resources,development status and existing problems of Zhaohua Town.The development path for the development and construction of featured towns in Zhaohua Town was proposed,namely:(1)to strengthen the integration of the three industries,form an industrial agglomeration,(2)strengthen the functional superposition,and improve the infrastructure;(3)create distinctive features and optimize the landscape quality;(4)Improve institutional mechanisms and strengthen service management;(5)Establish brand culture and enrich cultural products.On the one hand,it tests the operability of the development and construction of featured towns in Zhaohua Town,and on the other hand,it serves as a reference for the construction of characteristic towns in other regions.
