With the advancement of economic globalization the wave of information integration,the upgrading of industrial structure has become a necessary guarantee for enhancing national competitiveness,the industrial revolution represented by information technology is gradually permeating into people’s lives.The IT industry has become an important pillar of the national economy,As a result,IT training institutions are rising.If DN companies want to gain a foothold in such a fierce competitive environment,they must improve their self-management capabilities to increase their core competitiveness,as an advanced performance evaluation method,the balanced scorecard can make up for the shortcomings of using traditional financial indicators in traditional performance evaluation methods.And designing a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecards for DN companies,which will help managers clarify the company’s strategic goals,implement corporate strategic vision,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.First of all,PEST and SWOT analysis is performed on DN enterprises,which based on the background of IT industry and related literature review of domestic and foreign.According to the analysis results,a strategic map will be drawn for DN enterprises,and the strategic thinking will be carried through the performance evaluation process of the company.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo of DN enterprises,we find out the current problems and motivations of the company.And then select indicators from the financial level,customer level,internal process level,and learning and growth level,which aims to design a set of performance evaluation system based on their own characteristics.At the same time,expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the weight of each level of the DN company’s indicators,and a consistency check is conducted to make the results valid.Finally,based on the findings,it can be found that applying the Balanced Scorecard to DN companies for performance evaluation can increase management’s emphasis on non-financial aspects and address the incompleteness of the indicators in the performance evaluation methods that companies currently implement.The performance evaluation system of DN enterprises was further improved,and the overall strength was improved.At the same time,it also provided reference value for the performance evaluation of IT training industry.
