As the financial information keeps deepening, scholars gradually in-depth study of the performance evaluation of commercial bank. However, in the traditional performance evaluation system, the China’s Commercial Bank in the index set more emphasis on revenue, profits and other financial indicators, ignoring the demands of customer level, employee level and other non-financial indicators. Based on this, this thesis introduces the Balanced Scorecard theory, design a set of comprehensive and scientific evaluation system of China’s commercial banks. Only in this way can make a complete evaluation for the operating condition of commercial banks as a whole, so as to effectively enhance the bank’s competitiveness and to adapt to the bank’s long-term development, to cope with financial globalization market challenges.This paper had chosen X commercial Bank as a target, analysis of the performance evaluation of the status quo and problems of system,design the new performance evaluation system. In the process of setting up the system,using analytic hierarchy process to ensure index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to ensure valuation results;performance evaluation system fitting the commercial banks’own charaeteristies is explored and established;therefore the performance evaluation is made both scientific and practical by means of the feasible quantitative criteria and the distribution of indicator weight.Finally, my thesis introduces the system to X bank to conduct the enterprise’s performance evaluation.
