From production to final customers,marketing is without a doubt the most vital stage,as well as the most complicated.Through 30 years of economic leap,China has came to a new era.The system,strategy,team of marketing are required to be developed with economic advance.Especially to those small and median enterprises(SMEs),how to fight a way out is a pivotal problem.Changsha Fengri,a typical SME,is pushing its way in a competitive market.Facing a rapidly changing world,it could hardly handle with traditional operating.The expansion of other competitors has been downsizing the living space of SMEs.Company need to think and research a series of issues urgently,such as market positioning,brand building,marketing strategy and supply chain optimization and so on.This essay is mainly focused on the analysis of Changsha Fengri,with documents,reports and company information.It is aimed to locate Changsha Fengri with its strength,weakness,opportunities and threats.With an underst anding of the industry and company's status quo,it tries to establish a stable,forcible marketing platform system.The key of the system lies in the partnership of the platform,trying to close a marketing cycle in certain area and to promote sales in fo od trading.It is meant to upgrade the management skill,marketing system,partner initiative of Changsha Fengri.Therefore,the essay supports the realization of an unique and achievable marketing strategy in the district.
