China's tobacco industry adopted a policy of exclusive dealing, cigarette production enterprises in accordance with market demand to determine the total cigarette production within our scope; business enterprises into a unified cigarette sales distributors. Our processing cigarette, raw material procurement, logistics and retail sales of cigarettes every aspect of the formation of a strict franchise system. As tobacco commercial enterprises under the protection of the tobacco monopoly law, it is currently in the leading position in the industry chain. Cigarette retail terminal is part of the end of the marketing channels, directly facing all cigarette consumers a good retail terminal performance fully determine the success of the overall marketing. Strengthening retail terminal building research, careful analysis of the development of retail business conditions change, focusing on retail customers business guidance to ensure that the legitimate interests of retail customers, retail customers to promote stability and enhance the level of management, the establishment of new passenger and my relationship is an important measure to achieve the level of cigarette marketing.This paper reviews existing customers valuation theory, basic theory of marketing channel terminal management theory, retail terminals, the external environment of Changsha County tobacco company retail outlets were analyzed, including macro-PEST analysis, industry analysis, the impact of the external environment.
