In the past twenty years,the real estate has always affected the nerves of all the people.No exaggeration to say that the real estate industry is the mainstay of Chinese economy.It is located in the large building industry chain Pyramid spire.It has a strong industrial connection with many industries which occupy a relatively high proportion in the whole national economy,such as steel,cement,glass,building materials,electrolytic copper,furniture and other industries.At the same time,by interacting with these large related industries,actually it is involved with the rise and fall of the livelihoods of hundreds of millions of employees.In the whole field of real estate development,the engineering management department,responsible for the whole process of management and construction,is undoubtedly the most important core institution.And the performance appraisal and management of this institution is related to the smooth construction and promotion of the whole estate project.In this paper,the JG Ding Feng Real Estate company engineering management department is the research object.The theories and research documents about performance appraisal in the human resource management system both at home and abroad,combined with the present situation of performance management of the JG Ding Feng Real Estate company engineering management department,are applied to analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the department and the causes of these problems.Overall,the results show that the JG Ding Feng Real Estate company engineering management department performance appraisal exists some problems,such as the performance evaluation system is unreasonable;assessment index with no actual project,there is not enough scientific index for the examination results;the rewards and punishment is not reasonable;the cycle of assessment and the actual situation of the project cycle does not match and so on.The reasons for these problems are foreign capital enterprises do not familiar with the national conditions,the company's human resources performance evaluation system prefer commerce to industry,the performance management exist the flaws of communication to both management and employees etc.In a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems and reasons of the JG Ding Feng Real Estate company engineering management department performance appraisal,the author hopes that through this analysis to improve the performance appraisal system and evaluation level for the department.The defects and problems of the JG Ding Feng Real Estate company engineering management department exist in the performance appraisal system,also exists in the same as other foreign companies in Southeast Asia.Therefore the research of this paper will be helpful to the performance evaluation system of project management department of other foreign capital real estate company engineering management department.
