As in recent years,the adjustment of economic structure,the impact of the outbreak,all kinds of construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition,for a project oriented state-owned construction enterprises,enterprise comprehensive strength through the project management level,project management department staff is the most important component project implementation,to inspire staff potential and work enthusiasm,Then promote the project to achieve the ultimate benefit,facilitate the enterprise to achieve business objectives,it is the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,SR Construction Company maintains the single performance appraisal model consistent with state-owned enterprises,then establishment of a scientific and effective performance appraisal scheme will play a positive role in motivating employees and achieving strategic objectives.Based on SR Construction Company engineering department staff to the current performance appraisal scheme as the research object,First of all,on the domestic and foreign performance assessment related to the theory of sorting to form the theoretical basis of the optimization program,the second through the interview method,questionnaire investigation on the problems in the current performance appraisal scheme optimization provide data support,Based on the management by objectives and following the strategic orientation,the balanced scorecard is used to formulate performance appraisal objectives,the key performance indicator selects assessment indicators,analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate weights,the assessment implementation process is standardized,then performance assessment cycle,feedback and results application are improved.Finally,it evaluates the expected effect of the performance appraisal optimization plan,the guarantee measures are proposed for the implementation of the plan from four aspects of system,culture,organization and training.The proposal of performance appraisal optimization scheme has improved the efficiency of human resources management and strengthened the effectiveness of performance appraisal.It is expected that this study can provide reference and reference for the performance appraisal improvement of the same type of construction enterprises.
