Management guru Peter drucker once said: "when the competition between enterprises is no longer a competition between products,more than the price competition between,competition between enterprises has turn into competition between business models".In the context of the macro control of the government's inventory,the profit margin of the real estate enterprises has declined and the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises have been marginalized.The real estate market in China has entered a period of deep development,and a new business model has become an inevitable choice for real estate enterprises under the macro-control of the state.The paper concludes that Under the environment of the new age,represented by the American model "real estate +" business model,such as endowment real estate,education,real estate,such as health care industry,sports industry,tourism real estate become the starting point of the transformation and upgrading of real estate.Based on the effective analysis of the above research background and theory for GS real estate group on the basis of the existing business model elements analysis and related issues,to build "real estate +" business model.This article through studies concluded that the construction of the "real estate + endowment" business model,on the basis of the optimal aging residential products,should be tightly around the "health management" and "medical care" two core elements,"health management center" as the core,to provide the elderly health care,elderly care services,catering services and property management services and other diversified service content.
