Research On The Evolution And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Anhui Province

Economic growth is slowing in China,the economic increasing downward pressure,in the economic transformation and upgrading of key nodes,the future is expected to high-speed growth momentum,in the long-term economic development into the new normal.The upgrading of industrial structure is an important path to realize the transformation of economic growth.In order to adapt to the new normal,Anhui province should accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure and improve the quality of economic development.Based on the theory of industrial structure evolution and the theory of industrial structure adjustment,this paper studies the characteristics and trends of industrial structure evolution in Anhui Province from 2001 to 2015.And analyzes the influencing factors of industrial structure evolution in Anhui Province by means of grey relational analysis,and further uses the dynamic panel model to measure the influencing factors of industrial structure upgrade,and studies the influence of influencing factors and industrial structure upgrade.The results of the above studies suggest path design.research shows:First,the characteristics and trends of industrial structure evolution in Anhui Province.On the whole,the uneven trend of the unbalanced development of the three industrial structures is obvious,the gap between the second and the third industry is large;the industrial conversion rate is relatively stable and there is a certain upward trend;the regional development target in the direction of industrial structure transformation is not clear,;Anhui Province,the industrial structure and employment structure is not coordinated,still need to further improve.The secondary industry is in a relatively expanding state,with a competitive advantage,the tertiary industry to accelerate the pace of development,but subject to the immature development mechanism,the foundation is relatively weak and other reasons,do not have sufficient competitive advantage.From the northern Anhui,Anhui and southern Anhui,the industry is still the main driving force of economic growth,the third industry development potential is insufficient;the same structure within the city increased,some industries have begun to show the trend of specialized division of labor.From the perspective of industry,the proportion of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province is higher,the proportion of other industries is relatively low,the fluctuation of industrial development quality is relatively large,and the development of manufacturing,finance and leasing business services is more advantageous.From the angle of industry competition,the present situation of industry development in Anhui province is analyzed,and it is found that the agglomeration degree of industrial advantages is not obvious.The test area of Hefei Wuhu mussel will have the potential to promote the overall industrial transformation of Anhui Province in the future.Second,the influence factors of industrial structure evolution in Anhui province.The factors influencing the first,second and third industries of Anhui province are government behavior,urbanization and infrastructure construction,and the impact of fixed asset investment,technical expenditure and foreign direct investment on the three industries is relatively small.The economic development factors directly or indirectly affect the industrial structure,and the impact degree of the three industries is different but they limit each other.The evolution of industrial structure is influenced by many factors,and the role of the industrial structure varies.Therefore,it is necessary to study the different industries according to their own actual development and adjust the industrial structure accordingly.Third,the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui province influencing factors.The influence factors of the industrial structure upgrade can be divided into two categories: strong and weak effect factors.Among them,the strong effect factors include supply and demand factors,import and export trade,urbanization level and infrastructure construction,which have a significant positive influence on industrial structure upgrading.The weak effect factors include technological progress,government behavior and foreign direct investment,in which the technological progress and government behavior have negative impact on the industrial structure upgrade,and the influence of foreign direct investment is not significant,which shows that in the process of promoting industrial structure upgrading,there are irrational phenomena in the aspects of technological progress and government behavior.Finally,based on the actual development situation,through the design of the upgrading path of the industrial structure in Anhui province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the economic transformation and upgrading of Anhui province in terms of industrial structure adjustment and transformation of government functions.
