With the rapid development of the current economic and the general improvement of brand influence degree,enterprises pay more and more attention to the brand value in social economic activities.The construction industry is no exception,the developers are very care about building enterprise brand.In this case,a construction enterprise can gain more market share in the whole construction market,gain more opportunities for bidding,a key prerequisite depends on whether the enterprise brand trust enough to get a developer,visible,the brand value of an enterprise in a the important role of construction industry.For the construction industry,therefore,only put the brand construction in the first place,can in the industry and the competitive advantage.So,how to evaluate a building the brand value of the enterprise,has become the focus of the need to study,this paper discusses the research on this issue.Study the brand value of an enterprise,first of all to understand the brand power of an enterprise,it will be from various aspects,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of brand strength.Because of the many factors influencing the enterprise brand value and influence,but also some influence factors are quantitatively calculated,so the full and accurate evaluation of an enterprise brand value is not an easy thing.Therefore,based on brand and brand value of green construction group co.LTD.Based on the study of the connotation and profound analysis of the composition and mechanism of construction enterprise brand value,refers to the "grey system" theory of ideas,based on the factors of financial market method on the basis of further improvement,used in building enterprise brand value assessment.Since the idea of "grey system" was proposed by professor deng,this research has been applied to various industries in a new way.Grey system theory in order to "partial information known,partial information unknown" "small sample","poor information" uncertainty system as the research object,mainly through the "part" of the known information generation and development,to extract valuable information,to achieve a correct description of system behavior,evolution rule and effectivemonitoring.The information is unknown with "black",and "white" is used to indicate the information is completely clear,and the "grey" means that part of the information is clear and part of the information is unclear.Correspondingly,the system known as the white system,known as the black system,is known as the black system,and the system of partial information and partial information is called the grey system.Based on the grey system theory,this paper with green construction group co.,LTD as an example,collecting a large amount of data,the basis of the brand evaluation method based on financial factors,brand evaluation method based on market factors,based on the factors of consumer brand value evaluation method based on reference,find marketing brand evaluation method is more representative,and from the enterprise dimensions,market(consumer)dimension,social contribution dimension,this paper established the brand evaluation model based on grey system theory,the model is mainly a deformation of marketing,the introduction of "gray system" mainly to abandon the single dimension way of thinking,from various angles,in reference to brand evaluation method based on market factors,on the basis of the evaluation method based on the factors of consumers,choose from the maintenance and operation of construction enterprise brand value play an important role to the brand value,the importance of the indicators.A relationship is established between the relevant metrics and the brand value and then applied to a method that is evaluated in the enterprise.
