The Study For The Application Of Informationization In Construction Enterprise Of Shaanxi Province

As a traditional industry with a long history, the construction industry in our country needs to improve the competitive ability with the information technology in the present development stage. The construction industry of Shaanxi province has the same problem. In the age, the information technology used to all aspects of social and economic, to promote the informationization in construction enterprise of Shaanxi province, and promote the development of construction industry has already become a necessary requirement.Based on the informationization theories of construction enterprise, this paper analyzed through the external development environment and the informationization in construction enterprise itself of Shaanxi province, and proposed some problems. In order to solve these problems, this paper used Game Theory to analyze the informationization construction between the construction enterprises, and the informationization construction in the small and medium construction enterprise with the lead of government. The results showed that the primary driving force of informationization construction in construction enterprise became form the market competition, because of who pursued the advantage of competition; for the small and medium construction enterprise, the encouragement of government played an important role. From the further research that indicated the development of informationization in construction enterprise is the inevitably choice in the market competition, so how to construct that became an important thing. This paper structured a framework based on the core competence that the informationization construction in construction enterprise should have included the technical abilities, management abilities and integrated abilities. On this basis, this paper established a multilevel evaluating model for the development efficiency of informationization in construction enterprise, and used Gray System method to make a comprehensive evaluation. This model not only able to reveal the overall situation of the development efficiency of informationization in construction enterprise, but also can find the weak link of the development through rank ordering with the relevant second level indexes.The development of informationization in construction enterprise will not accomplish with no difficulties, especially to the Shaanxi province which foundation in a low-rise should make research and careful analyze the realistic problems. Its hope that the research results of this paper can promote the application and development of informationization in construction enterprise of Shaanxi province, and help deciders make clear direction in the development of informationization in construction enterprise, and bring in help and inspiration to the actual work of the development of informationization in construction enterprise of Shaanxi province.
