With the development of the reform of construction industry and its management level, in order to obtain a long time victory from the increasingly fierce market competition, construction enterprises are eagerly looking forward to a system that adapt for their development and management to enhance the operational efficiency and reduce the costs. Over the analysis of the usage of ERP in construction enterprises, this article establishes an ERP selection model, which is based on the analytic hierarchy process and gray fuzzy evaluation method, and it can be used as a reference by building enterprises. Thus the selection difficulties caused by the numerous factors can be avoided.In this article, from the start of the features of building field, enterprises and products, considering the latest situation modern construction enterprise ERP system management mind are facing and the advanced theories in modern management field, the management mind of ERP system in construction enterprises and the system's construction are studied and analyzed with the usage of qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method. An evaluation system based on ERP selection model is built, and the enterprise ERP selection model is evaluated with the usage of the analytic hierarchy process and gray fuzzy evaluation method combined with mathematic model. Thus right decisions can be made, so that a reference for construction enterprises can be provided.
