Studies On The Current Conditions Of Leisure Agriculture And Development Countermeasures In Fengze District Of Quanzhou

With the national attention on the problem of "Three Agriculture",relevant supportive policies have been introduced and supports have been intensified gradually.The overall level of agricultural technology and food safety awareness are both rising,China will experience fruitful season in leisure agriculture development during its 13th Five-Year.In recent years,with the guidance of national policy,the leisure agriculture of Quanzhou developed better and better and achieved good results.The following are the examples which are based on the investigations of developing conditions of leisure agriculture in Fengze district of Quanzhou.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages,challenges and opportunities of the development of leisure agriculture have been analyzed..This paper mainly adopts investigation analysis method,SWOT analysis method and coalescent literature study to ensure the scientificity and feasibility.Through the analysis,,the writer thinks that the leisure agriculture of Fengze District of Quanzhou is rich in resources,there are many kinds of tourism patterns,such as leisure farm experience tourism,folk customs tourism,agritainment,rural tourism and leisure vacation.According to the geographical location,economic,environment and folk custom and other factors,the main markets for leisure agriculture in Quanzhou city are as follows:the Jinjiang market,Yongchun market,Anxi market and Hui an market.Combined with the actual developments of leisure agriculture in Fengze District of Quanzhou,it is found that although there are many development opportunities,such as strong agricultural foundation,rich in cultural background,continuous urbanization,convenient transportation,geographical and ecological advantages,strong supports from the government,more leisure time and rapid improvements of per capita income,etc.,there are still many challenges to face,such as high homogeneity,lack of publicity,poor professional staffs,the destructions of ecological environment,the fierce competition of leisure agriculture market and other types of tourism.According to the successful experience of Yongchun Chuanshanyan Ecological Park,the writer thinks that the developments of leisure agriculture in Fengze District must take the following measures:government supports,adjustments to local conditions,development of urban agriculture;prominent characteristics,development of industrial park;combined with network,publicity increasing,improvement in quality;more attention to personnel training,paying attention to safety,strengthening system construction and so on.The regional characteristics of leisure agriculture in Fengze District of Quanzhou will be cultivated better and better by diversified development.
