Research On The Quality Of Public Service In Water Industry In Wenzhou

At present,with the constant development of economy and society,people need better supply technology and service quality of water,at the same time,the water supply industry facing unprecedented challenges in a competitive environment,therefore water industry should grasp the characteristics of industry,provide public service targeted,solve the common problems with the utilization of new technologies and theories in the process of industry development,to obtain better economic and social benefits.The development of water supply industry in Wenzhou has shown a good trend in recent years,water head site has been protected rigorous,water quality has basically reached the secondary national environmental quality standard for surface water,and has a good processing technology,stringent quality control system and the constantly improving water quality emergency system.But now,the public service of the water industry are still facing some bottlenecks which need to be overcome and solved from the source.This article uses methods of questionnaire investigation and interview,combing with the related theories of public product theory,customer satisfaction theory,service operations management,studying the present situation and problems of public service quality of water industry in Wenzhou and taking the reform experience at home and abroad for reference and focuses on the research about reform ideas and tasks of Wenzhou public service quality in water industry.Finally,this article puts forward a series of countermeasures for enhancing the level of public service quality.Seven chapters in this article.The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the research background,the research from home and broad,the contents and methods of research;The second chapter defines the concept of the public service quality of tap water industry,public service and integration of urban and rural water supply,water supply industry intelligent management and analysis the related theories which used by this article such as theories of public goods,customer satisfaction,service operations management;The third chapter introduces and explains the basic condition in public service quality of Wenzhou tap water industry;The fourth chapter reveals the survey of problem and analysis of cause on public service quality of Wenzhou tap water industry;The fifth chapter offers the experience and enlightenment of enhancing public service quality in tap water industry from home and aboard;The sixth chapter puts forward the suggestion on enhancing public service quality in Wenzhou tap water industry.The seven chapter makes an conclusion and provide an outlook of the future.This article argues that there are a lot of problems such as the supervision of water is uncompleted,water price adjustment needs to be morereasonable,the efficiency of dealing with the water supply problems needs to be developed,The water industry intelligent management needs t o be strengthened,the schedule of integration of urban and rural water supply needs to be improved and the service quality in some business hall of water supply company is unkind in public service quality in Wenzhou tap water industry.So each department should work together to enhance the supervision of technique,improve the adjustment of water price,accelerate the building of integration of urban and rural water supply,develop the efficiency of dealing with the water supply problems,strengthen water industry intelligent management and promote the servicer' s quality in some business hall of water supply company.In this way,the public service quality can be improved better and the people can have a satisfying water supply experience.
