The Research Carrying Strategy Out On Total Quality Management Of New Steel Pipe Group In Wenzhou

With China's entry into the ranks of the world's steel tube,China's steel pipe industry is gradually entering the new development period of the fierce competition,the continuous elimination and continuous adjustment.At the moment,we should clearly understand China's steel pipe industry compared with the advanced level in the world exists gap of different degree in product quality,technical and economic indicators,manufacturing costs,environmental protection,comprehensive utilization of resources,technological innovation and researching users' needs,etc.Quality management expert Juran said,"Twentyfirst Century is the century of quality".One of the most effective ways to improve the competitive power of enterprises in the United States is to introduce total quality management(Total Quality Management,TQM).The introduction of TQM,can improve the quality of products,improve product design,accelerate the production process,improve product after-sales service,reduce the cost of operating quality and so on.That is to say,if the enterprises want to obtain the higher profit and the long-term vigorous development,they must provide the customers with their satisfactory or beyond their anticipated product and the service quality.At present,total quality management has been recognized as a comprehensive management concept that can meet the needs of customers,benefit society,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and plays an important role in the enterprise.This paper is based on the current situation of China's steel tube industry to research the application of total quality management in steel pipe group,taking Wenzhou new steel pipe group as the research object.Through analyzing the current situation of the organization structure,human resource management,production and sales,cost control and resource utilization of the new steel pipe group,we can get the expected results,including features of total quality management,TQM system is how to integrate the enterprise and play a role,the advantages and disadvantages showed by enterprise's applicating TQM system,and how to improve the deficiencies.In order to make the structure of the article rigorous and the context clear,analyze and prove by combining theory withpractice,in this paper,we not only list a large number of data and contrast to analyze the nature of the problem,the corresponding improvement scheme is given for each problem at the same time.Any business strategy must have advantages and disadvantages,through the analysis of enterprise present situation,our goal is to put forward better advice to make the enterprise play its strengths,improve weaknesses,enhance the strength,and stand in the fierce competition in the steel industry better.
