Study On Animal Husbandry Development In Taian City

Animal husbandry is an important part of agriculture and national economy,which plays an important strategic role in safeguarding national food safety,increasing farmer's income and maintaining rural stability.Tai'an City is an important production base for livestock products in Shandong Province.In 2015,the total production of meat was 47.82 million tons,which accounts for 6.18%of Shandong's total output.The total production of eggs was 20.66 million tons,which accounts for 4.87%of Shandong's total output.And the total production of milk was 59.34 million tons,which accounts for 20.83%of Shandong's total output.The production value of animal husbandry is 17.825 billion yuan,accounting for 7.06%of the production value of animal husbandry in Shandong Province and ranking 4th in Shandong Province.The continuous development of animal husbandry in Tai'an City plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of agricultural supply side structure,rural economic prosperity,increase of farmers' income and improvement of household consumption structure.But at the same time,multitude of problems have exposed such as small scale of livestock and poultry breeding,obvious environmental pollution,low production technology level,the investment insufficiency,the land and bank loans,etc.All these problems greatly restrict the healthy and sustainable development of Tai'an City animal husbandry,and urgently need to be solved.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of relevant research literature,this article systematically analyzes the animal husbandry development from the external environment and internal conditions,development course and current situation,problems and restricting factors,future direction and focus,and countermeasures and suggestions,etc.,using the statistical data and field survey data.Systematic understanding of the development environment and conditions of livestock industry is the basis and premise of this study.The external environment and internal conditions of animal husbandry development are analyzed from macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic in the second chapter.The analysis shows that animal husbandry development has superior external environment and better internal conditions in Tai'an City.The analysis of the development course and current situation of animal husbandry is the focus of this paper.Using years of statistical data and descriptive analysis methods,the history and current situation of Tai'an City animal husbandry are combed from six aspects:product,output value,employment,consumption,scale and spatial layout.The research results show that the product structure,consumption structure and spatial structure of animal husbandry of Tai'an City constantly improve,and the output value of animal husbandry,the number of employment of animal husbandry and the scale of breeding scale are constantly improving,which has a good trend of future development..The problems,constraints,future direction and key projects of the development of animal husbandry industry are the key points of this paper.This paper summarizes the problems,constraints,future directions and key projects of Tai'an City animal husbandry development by using relevant statistics and field survey data.The results show that the main problems of animal husbandry are small scale,obvious environmental pollution,unreasonable industrial organization and low production technology level.The main restraining factors are the influence of environmental restraint,shortage of funds,land expropriation and breeding technology of livestock and poultry.The future direction is environmental protection,standardization,scale,optimization,organization and branding.The key projects are the utilization of livestock and poultry manure,the standardized scale cultivation,the quality and safety of animal products,the harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry,and the information construction of animal husbandry.The countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry are the foothold of this paper.Considering the main problems and restricting factors,future direction and key projects,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of animal husbandry are put forward.Firstly,government functions should be strengthened and the policy environment of animal husbandry should be optimized.Secondly,the application of technology research should be strengthen and the level of cultivation should be raised.Thirdly the environmental protection need be taken seriously and the method of ecological farming should be actively promoted.Lastly,the organization pattern should be innovated and the level of organization,socialization and information should be raised against the risk of animal husbandry.
