Research On The Development Strategy Of T Group's Health Ecological Circle

Now,the world full of high uncertainty,to survive and develop,enterprises must constantly carry out organizational change.Eco strategy has gradually been recognized by the industry.Ecological strategy has become a new choice of strategic mode besides specialization strategy,diversification strategy and vertical integration strategy.The essence of ecological strategy lies in ecological products,and whether we can create eco products with new value and new experience is the first criterion of ecological strategy.Ecology is the core idea of enterprise evolution.enterprise must redefine the growth pattern,to value network open from closed chain enterprises,innovative culture,technology and cultivate new species;enterprise must deep insight into ecological environment,redefine the ecological role,create an ecological new business model.In this study,the health ecosystem research framework of T group was built by using the ecosystem theory and interdisciplinary research methods.Meanwhile,the concept of health ecosystem was summarized and the development problems of this system were discussed.Development strategy framework of T group's health ecosystem was also studied.Three factors were suggested in the development of T group's health ecosystem.Firstly,to make full use of external environment and high-quality resources,in order to cooperate with other enterprises to create a reliable platform.Secondly,optimize the internal environment and resources based on value sharing to enhance the vitality of the member enterprises;Thirdly,New species of organisms in the healthy ecosphere are emerging,enriching the ecosphere.The development strategy of T group was analyzed by using the SWOT analysis method.In this way,T group's competitive advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats were well summarized,and the optimal development strategy was obtained.Strive to achieve a greater range,higher level and more systematic approach to the development of enterprise strategy,in order to promote the healthy development of enterprises effectively.
