The Urban Land Intensive Utilization Based On Ecological Health

With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, land became increasingly scarce resource, a new type of urban land utilization:Intensive management and content development in China was chose in this situation. Intensive utilization of land was put forward as a new proposition. However, intensive utilization of urban land in the process caused a series of ecological problems. Human changed and destroyed urban ecological environment of urban atmospheric, water and biodiversity by the way to land utilization, and whether ecological environment health or not directly related to the development of intensive utilization of urban land. Only when the urban ecological environment was healthy, intensive utilization of urban land was on the way to sustainable development.Based on the discussion and analysis of urban ecosystem health and land intensive utilization, the paper proposed that the ecological health should be supported as a theory of intensive land utilization, and both the theoretical research and the practical research of intensive utilization of urban land were refered. Drawing on the theory and research method concerning the urban land intensive utilization and urban ecological health at home and abroad.On the research, we found a new urban land utilization pattern: ecological intensive urban land utilization patterns, which could not only avoid the risk of ecological security effectively but also utilize land reasonably and intensively in new situation.Based on the environmental problems in the process of collection and analysis of urban land utilization, this paper studied and further deepened the connotation of urban land intensive utilization. This paper took Yubei District of Chongqing as the research object, carrying on qualitative analysis of urban land intensive utilization and construction of ecological situation in YuBei District. Constructing the indicator system of urban land utilization based on the ecological health, it determined the weight of each index using AHP and then made a rational evaluation on the level of ecological intensive urban land utilization by applying composite index evaluation model. Combing the ecological intensive urban land utilization both at home and abroad, a new model of urban land utilization was obtained under the ecological constraints-ecological intensive, low-expansion type of urban land utilization patterns, then advanced the practice suggestions and measures on promoting the harmonious development between intensive land utilization and ecological health in Yubei District. Firstly, regional scientific planning of land intensive utilization should be strengthened. Planning for urban ecological construction, establishing ecological intensive land utilization model, promoting the harmonious development between ecological health and intensive urban land utilization. Secondly, land utilization structure should be adjusted. Types of land were layout rationally, the regional characteristic patterns, in which the organic integration of landscape ecology and culture was established.
