| At present,state-owned enterprises are yet in another process of building a modern enterprise system.National needs,social needs,business needs and worker needs all focus on a core topic,which is the system reform of human resource,employment,income distribution.Income distribution is not a new topic,human resource management researchers and experts both domestic and overseas have already studied this problem in great detail.Under theory and practice,human resource management’s standard income distribution is called "salary management".Salary management is the most important part of human resource management,and it is in the core position of human resource management.This article takes the employee salary satisfaction as the breakthrough point,analyzing the salary management state on a large-scale central enterprise that belongs to the regional level company and YT company,and finally proceeding to proposes the corresponding improvement and the appropriated promotion strategy.Based on the pay satisfaction theory,through literature analysis and by comparing previous related research on conventional models,questionnaires about YT company salary satisfaction were designed.After pre-testing,the deficiencies in the questionnaire were revised and improved,so as to form a completed questionnaire that shows with good reliability and validity the salary satisfaction of YT company.Finally,the questionnaire survey method is used to test YT company’s employees of all levels and types.Using SPSS 20 software for statistical analysis of the survey results,including the statistical analysis of frequency,mean value and standard deviation,as well as,single factor and multi factor analysis by chi square test.Analyzed the present situation of salary satisfaction,compensation management problems hidden behind the data,and lastly,the causes for the problems were summed up.The study shows that the low salary satisfaction of YT company,including salary level,job position,job changes,compensation strategy adjustment and performance management affect the performance of the distribution,and cause YT company’s employee low salary satisfaction.The most important factor affecting salary satisfaction is the level of salary satisfaction,which is the main variable affecting the dimensions of other salary satisfaction.According to the characteristics of YT company and its industry characteristics,this paper puts forward the strategy to promote the improvement of salary satisfaction from the perspective of total compensation,in order to improve the YT company’s employee salary satisfaction.Fundamentally solve the problem of YT employees’ lower satisfaction towards remuneration.As for promotion strategy,lay emphasis on the gradual improvement feature of salary system reform and practice in state-owned enterprises,study and propose improvement measures for enhancing employees’ satisfaction towards remuneration. |
