State-owned enterprise compensation reform is an important part of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,causing widespread concern in the whole society.Compensation management is the main content of human resources management,salary strategy is the guiding ideology of compensation management,employee salary satisfaction survey can determine the scientific and rational of salary strategy implementation.So the main content of this article is a case study of A company,research on salary strategy optimization based on employee salary satisfaction.This paper firstly analyses domestic and foreign literature on salary definition,salary strategy definition,internal and external environment and salary strategy,employee's psychological demand and salary strategy,enterprise strategy choice and salary strategy,salary satisfaction definition,salary satisfaction dimension and measurement,and salary satisfaction factor.Determine the research framework,method,and technical road map provides the basis for conducting empirical research.Secondly,through combing foreign salary theory and stimulation theory,it's found that the theoretical research of our country is based on foreign research.Therefore,this paper is based on the division of the salary strategy of state-owned enterprises,which are based on the real situation of state-owned enterprises.And then analyzes the current situation of the salary in our country,and explores its causes.In order to gain a better understanding of the status salary management of state-owned enterprises in our country,through six months of field practice investigation in A company with state-owned enterprise background and obtain first-hand information.The main part of paper is take A company as an example,through combing the status of salary management,by the questionnaire of salary satisfaction of employees,and according to the 462 valid questionnaires,by using the factor analysis method,the main contents of the salary satisfaction dimension of the employees of A company are established,including the satisfaction dimension of salary management system,satisfaction dimension of organization atmosphere,satisfaction of performance evaluation,satisfaction dimension of emotion reward and satisfaction dimension of salary level;through the correlation analysis,it is found that thesatisfaction dimension of salary management system is the main factor influencing the evaluation of employee's salary satisfaction;through the independent t test,it is proved that there are no significant differences in the employee's personal characteristics information from the employee's salary satisfaction.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a salary strategy optimization suggestion based on improving the employee's salary satisfaction.At the end of the article,according to A company's in-depth analysis,from the macro and micro perspective of the state-owned enterprises salary policy recommendations.The innovation of this paper is based on the perspective of employee salary satisfaction,taking the A company with the background of state-owned enterprises as an example,the research on the choice of salary strategy of state-owned enterprise;as well as for the same type of state-owned enterprises to provide a reference to the choice of salary strategy.
