Electric power enterprises,as a typical national economic foundation and natural monopoly enterprises,continue to carry out system reform,among which the internal compensation system of enterprises also gradually transition to market.However,compared with foreign enterprises and private enterprises,state-owned electric power enterprises do not have a high degree of talent satisfaction in terms of salary system.Therefore,how to establish a scientific salary management system and increase the competitiveness of enterprises for high-end talents has become an urgent practical problem.Firstly,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper selected a representative H power enterprise as the case study object,designed and issued a questionnaire survey on employee salary satisfaction,and analyzed the current situation of employee salary satisfaction in power enterprise with the help of first-hand data.Results show that although the respondents to the salary,salary fairness,salary system,salary incentive,welfare and training,salary structure of six secondary indexes acceptable proportion reached 88.73%,but the satisfaction rate is about 63.75%,respondents to the H enterprise current compensation system of satisfaction in general the medium level,there are larger improvement space.Secondly,based on the best incentive coefficient as a starting point,on the relationship between the compensation incentive and employee satisfaction are analyzed in theory,is established by using game model respectively on both sides of the option game model and the enterprise implementation of incentive policy for the first time the pay-off matrix,to the employees and enterprise between the parties can accept the range of salary incentive for the corresponding deduction,and then into corporate earnings ratio with the excitation coefficient of variation to calculate enterprise best incentive coefficient formula,finally it is concluded that the H the best incentive coefficient of the different categories within the enterprise staff,which has some difference with the existing one.Thirdly,this paper uses the above first-hand data to empirically test the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in electric power enterprises,that is,on the basis of credibility,correlation and descriptive statistics,the multivariate Logit model is used to test the influence of employee heterogeneity and various sub-indicators of enterprise compensation system on salary satisfaction.The empirical results show that among the heterogeneity characteristics of employees,age and level have a significant positive impact on salary satisfaction,while among the secondary indicators,salary incentive level,salary structure and salary level also have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction,and the salary incentive level has the strongest impact,which once again confirms the conclusion of the theoretical analysis.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusion of the whole paper,and puts forward some policy Suggestions on optimizing the salary system of electric power enterprises from the aspects of job sequence,salary system and salary management methods.
