From 2015 to this day,I personally felt the lots of changes of the financial market.The stock market,the bond market,the real estate market,the commodity market and the P2 P market have shown dramatic drops to varying degrees.Experienced the worst financial market turbulence,To the major assets,I have holding some concerns.In September 11,2016,the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the guidelines for the operation of the publicly raised securities investment fund No.second-Fund guidelines for the fund,which guided the whole financial industry.More and more people are beginning to realize the importance of asset diversification.The funds in the fund which also is called FOF,is a fund that invests exclusively in other investment funds.History has proved that the fund in the fund is an important innovation of the securities investment fund products,and has been developed for many years in the foreign market and the domestic private market.Now,with the introduction of the guidelines,the domestic retail investors can slowly enjoy the bonus FOF brings.FOF has a unique advantage in asset allocation,not only can get additional income of fund products,but also effectively avoid the decline in different markets,thus maintaining steady growth of wealth for investors.The FOF has become an important part of the fund market,I believe that the domestic market of public fund,FOF products have a large enough space for development in the future,will make the domestic public fund glow second spring.Because there is no domestic FOF product was born,so the construction of domestic temporary FOF products is not a major problem.This paper firstly studies the development history and current situation of the FOF foundation,then starting from the laws and regulations,according to the actual situation,the investment scope and range of products,market prospects,fees,custodian bank raised product selection,performance benchmark selection are studied in detail.Finally,I use the product factor chart to clearly list the results of the foregoing studies.In the FOF product design,I creatively by the mathematical formula of life cycle for reasonable design of FOF products at the same time,this paper points out that the passive fund is more suitable for FOF fund products,which provides some new ideas for the development of new products in China's fund industry.
