Research On The ERP-Based Supply Chain Finance

Supply chain finance,as an important way to open up a new financing channel for small andmedium-sized enterprise that are lack of credit,solve the problems that they are hard to get loansbecause of the high cost.Supply chain finance also helps commercial banks to expand the scopeas well as increased the number of business,rich product variety,and receives intermediatebusiness income and derivative revenue.This multi-win-win pattern has been focused more andmore by either enterprises or commercial banks.Enterprise resource planning(ERP)combinefinancial,procurement,production,sales,inventory and other business functions into a singleinformation management platform,achieve enterprise information standardization,systemsintegration,and business process running rationalization,monitoring dynamic performance andmanagement improvement steps.In this paper,I analyzed the potential risks in supply chainfinance.Based on commonmodels and ERP,I created a new mode which will improve theeffectiveness of supply chain finance and bring down the risks.
