The Research On The Model Of Supply Chain Finance Based On E-commerce Platform As JD For Example

Traditional supply chain finance to deal with the problem of supply chain of small and medium-sized enterprise financing has played a positive role,and electronic commercial platform will be the introduction of supply chain finance,not only make the credit and loan process line and facilitation,cash flow,information flow,logistics and commerce flow fourth-rate combined operating conditions also makes the small and medium enterprises show more intuitive,more accurate credit ratings.At present,the academic community has discussed the feasibility of the combination of e-commerce and supply chain financing from the perspective of four-stream integration and inter-enterprise operation cooperation.This paper will analyze the characteristics of each mode and compare the choice of different e-commerce enterprises in the mode.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development trend of supply chain finance and analyzes the development trend of the future.Then,select the JD supply chain finance as a case,and choose alibaba and haie to compare from the selection of strategic,operational architecture,credit and financing service,etc.JD's supply chain finance,with its diversified source of funds and unified logistics management,has been led by less policy constraints and lower financing costs.And JD have specification complete credit rating system,internal and external linkage of credit system and multi-level control system of loan management,for other enterprises to develop supply chain finance provides the experience can be used for reference.Based on case analysis and comparative study,this paper makes recommendations on the development of supply chain finance of e-commerce platform from two aspects of macro and platform.The government should build a standardized legal environment,accelerate the construction of credit credit investigation system,and increase the government's support.The platform needs to strengthen the integration of e-commerce and bank-logistics resources,improve the technology level and pay more attention to the cultivation of financial talents in the supply chain.
