The turbulent market competition environment has become the normal background of Chinese enterprises,so that organizational change had become a key choice for different types of enterprises.Organizations often resort to organizational change to maintain competitive and vitality.Especially during the particular period of organizational change,the most important object of organizational change is employees,whose direct reaction is related to the effect of organizational change,and core employees who are key players in organizational change play a very important role.This research is based on motivation theory.First,the necessity of effective incentives to core employees in the context of organizational change is analyzed.By identifying the indeterminate characteristics of organizational change,it leads to the change and resistance expressed by the core employees.Secondly,by using questionnaires and data statistics,we study the relationship between employee personality characteristics and dimensions of core employees' change resistance factors and motivating needs factors,the correlation between the change resistance factors of core employees and the factors of incentive demand factors and the correlation between the core employees' incentive demand factors and the motivation level.Finally,according to the conclusion of the data analysis,the incentive strategy model of core employees is established in the context of organizational change,with the incentive demand factor as the intermediate variable,based on which,from the two aspects of"short-term effect" and "long-term development",we formulated targeted incentive strategies for key employees in the context of organizational change.Through the research,we conclude that the uncertain characteristics of organizational change can negatively affect the cognition and behavior of core employees,and then affect the performance of core employees.The motivation level of core employees could be improved and the negative effects of change could be eliminated by formulating targeted incentive strategies.In practice,the formulation of incentive strategy should aim at different needs of different core employees and adopt various ways.Meanwhile,we must pay attention to the problem of pertinence and differentiation.
