Research On The Innovation Of Food Emergency Logistics

With the acceleration of the global economic integration and country urbanization,the pace of modernization,disaster prone to food security put forward a lot of new challenges.In the case of severe weather and other unpredictable events such as the severe weather,such as hail and tornadoes,the cost and effect of emergency is facing the increasingly severe challenge.Emergency logistics especially the livelihood of the grain logistics,plays an important role in major emergencies,and the government should establish and perfect the emergency and urgent in flat with food emergency logistics system to be better.This paper focuses on the innovation of food emergency logistics from the perspective of supply chain integration,in order to strengthen the design of the top level of the grain supply chain.Through an overview and classification of existing food emergency methods,this paper determines the relevant methods used in this study,and through empirical research and case analysis to assess their usefulness.From the point of view of residents,this paper focuses on the problem of the supply of family or personal basic rations as far as possible in the emergency situation,and puts forward some theoretical reference and policy path for the relevant government departments.On the basis of the general food supply chain and integration research,food emergency mechanism research,the emergency logistics supply chain of food to carry on the omni-directional,multi-level and wide-ranging innovation analysis,committed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency logistics;the background and contents of the Taicang Municipal Grain Bureau of food emergency plan description and analysis,and put forward to help the local government to further implement the food emergency policy recommendations.The research conclusions are as follows,first proposed the emergency logistics innovation conceptual integration from the angle of food supply chain based on supply chain integration,and based on the view of food emergency logistics innovation described the background and significance.Summarized from the perspective of supply chain integration of emergency food logistics innovation based on content;through the evaluation of Supply Chain Based on integration of food emergency situation and emergency plan from the perspective of the city of Taicang,summed up the Food Emergency Logistics Innovation Countermeasures of Taicang city based on supply chain integration perspective,including to control the food source,and grain logistics,solid job security for the price stability work,to speed up infrastructure construction,the application of modern information technology,to improve the level of grain storage management,to strengthen the connotation of service innovation,excellent service brand,enhance the food sector social influence,to strengthen industry management,cultivate backbone enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of the food industry.
