Along with the advancement of economic globalization,the export trade between manufacturing enterprises in China and foreign countries becomes more and more frequent.Products export demand of manufacturing enterprises is increasingly bigger.In the competitive market,delivery timeliness of products become an important aspect to measure enterprise competitiveness.Delivery timeliness of container cargo is not only related to port container operation efficiency,also is in line with the logistics scheduling level in factory of products of manufacturing enterprises.On the other hand,the supply chain management has become an advanced management mode adopted by enterprises.For every product,from raw material procurement to be sent to customers,the whole process need to be planned,organized,coordinated and controlled in supply chain management.Logistics process,including raw materials procurement and product distribution occupied a large part in the supply chain.Under the environment of supply chain,the container operation scheduling in the factory of production of manufacturing enterprises will inevitably be affected by supply chain coordination.Therefore,it is a great of significance for manufacturing enterprises to make container operation scheduling optimization in the factory of production under the environment of supply chain.Analysis of the logistics scheduling process in factory of products of enterprises was carried out.The logistics scheduling process in factory of products of enterprises includes products packaging,product storing,products loading and unloading,containers transportation and containers operation of products.The containers cargo operation process and containers cargo transportation process were the major part and were introduced in this paper.On the basis of swap trailer transportation in factory,an integrated problem of tractor scheduling problem and heavy container container yard assignment problem was researched for production packed in the warehouse.In a certain period,minimizing the total logistics scheduling time in the factory of all products is regarded as target and the actual operation time of tractor and crane is taken as constraint.A linear integer dimensions mode was put forward.And IBM ILOG CPLEX optimization software is selected as the solution tool.Finally,the model proposed in this paper was applied to actual logistics scheduling process in factory of the production of manufacturing enterprises.Taking XX household manufacturing enterprises as an example,the model was applied to daily logistics scheduling task.Results shows that an improvement of total logistics scheduling time has been obtained.And a analysis and further optimization were made according the result.To observe the change of the total logistics scheduling time through postponing one product operation start time.It explains that at a certain extent,scheduling schemes provided by model can cope with the effects brought by supply chain coordination.
