Details below are the.backgrounds.Firstly,Industrial 4.0 is the new generation of industrial evolution and "Made in China 2025" has been the key strategy for the development of China in the next 10 years.Secondly.China economy comes comprehensively into the "New Normal".The economy is going down just as L type continuely and the CAPEX investment is maintaining a low level.Thirdly,Cement companys had been in tough time for several years because of the customer needs reduced and the production was surplus seriously.Price is the only weapon to compete for cement companys.Most of the cement companys had ignored that it was very important to improve the management for building the core competitive force.it is critical to transform and improve the management for cement companys.As one of the largest state-owned cement group in the southwest of China Q cement group has performed bad result for several years because of the declining market and they must face the serious problem that the price of product is going down and the cost is going up.The Q cement group should change if they want to develop sustainablyFirstly,the article analyzes industrial structure by Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model.Secondly,the article analyzes the environment competition and point out the market opportunities the market threatens the strengths and the weakness of Q cement group.And then it finalizes the optimal strategy for Q cement group on the classical tool of SWOT.So Q cement group should cut down the cost to balance the threats from the competitors and keep the market and the margin.The digital management will help them to reach to the goal of cutting down the cost and increasing the efficiency.And the same time Q cement group should set up the brand advantage to get new market and enlarge the total market.Brand advantage can help Q cement group to sell cement product in high price and enlarge the margin and the market.Now cement industry is in a special stage.Not only Q cement group but also almost of cement company will make the new development strategy.This article will analyze the development strategy of Q cement group and hope to inspire all cement company to think it over.
