In recent years,with the intensification of market competition,it has become one of the most important survival rules for enterprises to focus on their core business.Therefore,outsourcing service has become an important commercial measure for more and more enterprises because of its effective cost reduction and enhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this context,enterprises that provide IT services outsourcing have emerged and flourished.But at the same time,the turnover rate of IT service outsourcing personnel is high.How to reduce the high turnover rate of IT outsourcing personnel under the rapid development of IT outsourcing service and the great talent gap is a problem that A enterprise needs to solve urgently.In this study,take A enterprise IT outsourcing personnel as a case,according to the existing A staff a sense of belonging,poor liquidity and turnover rate,loyalty and job satisfaction is low phenomenon,through the analysis and research of domestic and foreign turnover theory and related literature,combining with the current situation of human resource management of A enterprise,analysis the main factors of IT outsourcing employee turnover,and take the leave the countermeasure of effective prevention and control.The author's main work is as follows:(1)Design a questionnaire by investigating and analyzing A enterprise IT outsourcing personnel work status and turnover rate through literature analysis,interviews,annual turnover analysis method.(2)through questionnaire survey and factor analysis,this thesis extracts and analyzes the factors that influence the turnover of IT outsourcing personnel in A enterprise,and makes descriptive statistics analysis,questionnaire reliability analysis and questionnaire validity analysis.(3)adopt the management strategy suitable for A enterprise IT outsourcing personnel to manage,and sum up a set of feasible solutions to avoid the risk of leaving the job,so as to reduce the loss of IT outsourcing personnel in A enterprise.(4)finally,to verify the effectiveness of the research results to a certain extent.The proposed solution this thesis provided on the high turnover rate problem of A enterprise IT outsourcing personnel,not only provide theoretical guidance for A enterprise to take measures to reduce the IT outsourcing staff turnover intention,but also rich and improve the solutions to the same industry outsourcing technical staff turnover problem.Ultimately,enable enterprises to establish a good reputation,sound development at the same time.
