Strategy Research On The Development Of Jiangsu Software Outsourcing Based On Factor Analysis

Software outsourcing industry as a green industry, which has high technical content and added value in the global market, will help the country undertaking software outsourcing to increase the employment rate, introduce high-tech projects, increase foreign exchange earnings, promote the upgrading of industrial structure, implement technology spillover and improve industrial competitiveness. As one of the most important economic province, Jiangsu Province has a strong scientific and technological strength, improved infrastructure. It has a comparative advantage to undertake software outsourcing. However, compared with foreign countries, the software companies in Jiangsu Province lack of strong economic strength, leading enterprises. Besides the chain structure is not reasonable. So it is not only conducive to the development of software outsourcing industry in Jiangsu province, but also has important reference to other domestic cities.In this paper, we adopt qualitative and quantitative research methods to explain the development status, problems and solutions of software outsourcing in Jiangsu Province. Firstly, this paper analysed about the present status of China’s software outsourcing industry for researching the macro background of Jiangsu software outsourcing development, further elaborated the current situation and problems of software industry in Jiangsu province. Then by comparing the horizontal area, we selected Indian and Irish to analyze and seek the successful experience of its software package, then put forward relevant improvement measures. At last, the paper selected cities of Ireland, India, and China as the research objects, factor analysis, to calculate the score of each sample cities and Ranking on each primary factor. Moreover the paper selected service outsourcing exports of the sample cities as the dependent variable, common factors as the independent variables, and used stepwise regression analysis to optimize the regression equation to identify the main factors affecting software outsourcing and calculate the coefficient. We obtained social and technological factors and related industries support factor for the software outsourcing industry’s influence more significant conclusions and put forward relevant policy recommendations based on empirical results.
