With the development trend of beverage category diversification and beverage equipment complication,precision and integration,traditional methods of equipment management gradually cannot meet the needs of enterprise production.Under the background of revolution of Industry 4.0 all over the world and integration of industrialization and information in C hina,beverage enterprises urgently need to find an advanced method of equipment management in order to promote enterprise management upgrade.Therefore,this paper takes the beverage equipment management as the research object,and constructs an equipment lean management system for beverage enterprise.Specific research is carried out on changeover,equipment maintenance scheduling and equipment management informatization,which provides theoretical and practical reference for beverage enterprises to improve the level of equipment management.Firstly,the related theories of equipment management,lean management and lean intelligence are expounded.This paper briefly introduces the beverage equipment and analyzes the main characteristics and problems of equipment management in beverage enterprises.According to the production characteristics of beverage enterprises,Combining with the theories and technical methods of equipment management,lean management,modern optimization theory,automation and information,this paper constructs an equipment lean management system for beverage enterprises.The system consists of hardware layer,data acquisition layer,basic operation layer,data processing layer,system application layer and strategic layer.Secondly,based on the basic operation layer of equipment lean management system,aiming at the problem of low production efficiency of filling machine,this paper takes changeover of filling machine as the research object,and adopts the method of Single Minute Exchange of Die(SMED)to improve it,which is based on workflow analysis of ECRS and optimization design of mold change devices.Thirdly,in the data processing layer of equipment lean management system,aiming at the problem of large loss of packaging equipment failure and low maintenance efficiency in beverage enterprises,the packaging equipment maintenance scheduling is taken as the research object and a model is set up with the minimal maintenance time and the minimal maintenance cost as the objective.Aiming to correct the defect that particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum during the later iteration,this paper put forward an exponential inertia weight to make a good balance between local search and global search,and introduced velocity perturbation and flying time factor to improve the convergent ability of the algorithm.Then,the model is resolved by modified particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,in the system application layer of equipment lean management system,aiming at the problem of opaque of equipment status and low level of equipment management,the equipment management system of beverage enterprise facing the shop floor is designed.This system provide a unified platform for all departments of equipment management to improve the level of enterprise equipment management,including basic data management,status monitoring,equipment maintenance,preventive maintenance,report management functions and so on.
