Economic globalization and information technology continues to update the iteration,while promoting the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,but leads to competition among enterprises is also growing.Current competition is no longer just in the capital,products,customers,technology,competition for a single core modules,more are between nodes in the supply chain efficiencies and cost competition between supply chain and supply chain cost reduction and efficiency improvement of competition.How to manage and optimize the supply chain,so that enterprises in the rapid change in the breakout and can achieve the desired results,is the focus of many experts and scholars,and inventory management and supply chain optimization is to reduce cost,improve the efficiency of inventory management is an important issue.Inventory management as an important indicator of enterprise operations management,too much too little can affect the efficiency of enterprises.Too few affected not only production,but also lead to increased costs;not only takes up too much space,affect capital flows,would also increase administrative costs.Object of this study Greatwall Information Company is a manufacturing enterprise,involving inventory for raw materials and work in process inventory,inventory items are kind of complicated and inventories have remained at high levels.Paper first from raw materials and online inventory starts with pointed out that company inventory management of status,using ABC analysis method,tool selected representative of material as research object,especially for raw materials inventory high,and occupied area had big of problem;second,through on production on raw materials supply needs characteristics and the raw materials itself of supply characteristics of analysis,respectively selected economic bulk ordered model,and JIT inventory management,and third party logistics management,and suppliers management inventory VMI,management method and tool analysis implementation of possibilities.Using this method of integration,makes the great wall information effectively and reasonably control the raw materials inventory,improve space utilization and reduced inventory management costs,improve inventory turns.Through the research,on the one hand,the Great Wall information company finds a set of effective optimization methods and changes the backward inventory management methods;on the other hand,on the current situation,this research puts forward some new inventory management problems and solutions and has laid a good foundation on inventory the management for further research.
