With the development of information technology,social media obtained the rapid development.it changed the traditional type of crisis emerging?development and outbreak,for example the number of inducing factors and the complexity has increased,the speed of the crisis has increased and the complexity of controlling the crisis has increased.all kinds of crisis happened frequently in recent years,through every kind of crisis event,it is not difficult to find that,under the new environment background-"social media",social media has an important influence on the induction of crisis,so clearing crisis inducing factors,mechanism under the social media environment and put forward the corresponding strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.At first,this paper collected a large number of relevant literature,case data,on the basis of by grounded theory,we do some coding such as open coding,axial coding,selective coding and get 7 main categories:personal growth?media promotion?development lag?communication unobstructed?external public?internal management?quality and ability of organization members?we also get one key category:members quality and ability under social environment.based on that we the factors of crisis events and we get the relations between factors based on the analysis of the story line.Secondly,we made a questionnaire referred to the factors abstracted in chapter 2.after getting the data,we illustrate factors relations and theory model.Thirdly,we analyzed the factors relations and classified the inducing factors.based on the analysis we got the inducing mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the above,drawing lessons from the SIR model and the relations between factors,we made sensitivity analysis of exogenous variables(media promotion?development lag)and put forward the strategies to prevent or reduce crisis event.In this paper,we hope this study can help relevant organizations to understand the mechanism and factors of crisis event at the social media background and to prevent the happening of crisis events scientifically.
