Along with our country medicine gradually improve and perfect supervision system,to promote the implementation of the strategy of developing Chinese medicine industry,Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise in China is facing new opportunities and challenges,the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise how to face the fierce market situation,formulate the corresponding marketing strategy development in the process of solving practical problems,to achieve the established the development goal of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise is an urgent need to solve the problem.Heilongjiang province,the author of this paper,a Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise marketing problems are studied,mainly used in the study of the marketing theory and strategic management theory.Research is divided into three major parts,the article first on the background of Chinese traditional medicine enterprises,the domestic and foreign relevant marketing strategy research present situation,this paper summarizes the basic content of paper;Followed by the main part of the paper,problems of K company's marketing strategy are systematically described,in this paper is mainly on the basic situation of K company brief introduction,including the current situation of the development of the company,human resources situation,products;Based on this,advances the company's marketing problems and causes,and then analyses the company's external environment,the use of PEST analysis,five model analysis method,has been clear about the macro environment for the enterprise,the influence of the fierce competition in the industry.Through the analysis,on the basis of the specific development strategy put forward the marketing strategy and specific marketing mix strategy,then puts forward the safeguard of marketing strategy implementation safeguard measures;The last part is the conclusion,the study of this paper are summarized.
