| Ping An Life Insurance District Extension is a marketing unit based on the regional development system of Ping An Life Marketing.With the concept of family service and the method of on-site service,the Company realizes new sales growth through services.At present,the Sichuan Branch of the extension team alone accounts for half of all marketing team.The continuous influx of new employees has injected fresh vitality into the team,and contributes to creating performance growth,while in the meantime,causes a lot of training problems.Ping An Life Insurance District Extension has a complete set of smooth training system for new staff,which has been used for more than ten years.This is not unique in Wenjiang District,but is similar in Sichuan Province Branch and even the whole country District Extension Branch.At present,just for Sichuan Branch,by the data obtained from the Internal Training Department,one finds that for new employee who finished the Continue Training to be a formal employee whose rate is 67.5%~85.3%。This rate is relatively low.The reason,as the author has found,is that unlike the unified training of the branch,Continue Training applies a non-standardized open training and is held independently in a certain frame by the exhibition unit(office,class)in order to reduce the cost and exert the creativity and initiative of the exhibition units.However,there are obvious potential problems that may be caused by self-management,such as,a limited comprehension of the company’s development strategy,the limitation of leadership style,the decline of the district culture,the absence of the system,and etc.These problems can bring a lot of unfavorable influences on the new employee’s Continue Training.The development of Ping An Life Insurance lies in the development of manpower while the development of manpower lies in the new staff.The foundation of the development of exhibition units is also the new staff.The staying and development of new staff can benefit from the training and can also be destroyed by the training.Thus,the existing problem of the operation of Continue Training is crucial,and it is important to optimize the system.This study takes the Continue Training of the new employee training system of Ping An Life Insurance Company in Wenjiang district as research object.It combinesthe modern training philosophy with Ping An Life Insurance Company development background,the trend of the rejuvenation of the new employees of Ping An Life Insurance Company in Wenjiang district and the situation of the development of Ping An Life Insurance Company integrated finance.It discuss the Ping An Life’s training system of new employees in Wenjiang District,focusing on Continue Training,and provides an improvement plan in the end.This paper firstly introduces the development status of PingAn Insurance(Group)Company,District Extension,the status of new employees’ characteristics and Continue Training.Secondly,the Continue Training system of the new employee is diagnosed through the study of modern training theory,the application of the quaternary training evaluation model and the basic situation of Ping An Life Insurance Company in Wenjiang district.Through questionnaire and in-depth interview,the main problems of the Continue Training in the new employee training system of Ping An Life Insurance Company in Wenjiang district are summarized.Finally,the improvement measures and guarantee schemes are worked out.Through the comb and analysis about the problem,the hypothesis premise of the Institutionalization Continue Training is put forward and the training program is implemented by exhibition department uniformly.Based on this,three improvement measures are proposed : Firstly,establish and improve the Continue Training management system,which includes the four most important sectors such as discipline,reward and punishment,internal trainer and assessment feedback.Secondly,improve the curriculum system and take trainees as the training center.Highlight the importance of training and trainees’ participation.The fundamental purpose is that trainees can learn knowledge and they can learn to go in.Organize the training.Thirdly,The excavation and training of internal trainers and the appointment and assessment of internal trainers.The paper also puts forward the measures to guarantee and support the Continue Training work from three aspects including system,manpower and culture.The long-term planning of the district expansion team is to develop the integrated financial services channel of regional insurance finance.The research of this paper is of great significance to the training idea of PingAn Life Insurance district expansion and the Continue Training organization of new employees in Sichuan branch. |
