With the obvious tendency of world economic globalization in the new era, at first enterprises must survive in the competitive environment, then enterprises develop and pursuit social value. And enterprises should continue improving their own core competence. For improving core competence of enterprises, the work ability and quality of staff must be improved. MD Company is one of pharmacy manufactures. With the increasing development of pharmacy, it is more and more urgent and necessary for MD Company to carry out a higher level traing to enhance the quality of staff and the core competitiveness. From the organization point of view, training could develop personnel versatility, and make staff play theire activity, and can promote the core competitiveness of enterprises and further promote the goals of enterprise management. From the employee's perspective, employee can update theire own ideas and learn new technology to meet the requirements of the organization, and increase their ability of work by training.The article is in the light of behavior theory, requirement training theory, adult study theory and training assessment theory etc., with the reference of training system of advanced enterprises and target at reality of MD Company hereinafter to put up systematical analysis to MD's training system. The main item involves the following factors:research on training requirement; analysis to present situation of training; designing of training project; assessment on training result and security system on training implementation.Scientific and objective methods have been used in deep analysis and research of training, those theories and methods could be implemented as the reference in the training class for fresh employee.
