Research On Development Of Green Credit In China

During the industrial civilization,the extensive economic growth pattern promoted the economic development of our country,but made many environment issues.Recently,the haze have scared people,and environmental problems threat to human.So we urgently need to solve environmental problems.Because the Environmental resources is public and prone to produce external effect,which make it difficult to solve environmental problems.As we know,environmental finance,as a financial instrument with the green concept,is one of the most effective way to solve environmental problem at present.It can make environment problems"internalization" by giving the economic value to environmental resource.Green credit,as the fastest growing and the most intimate contact with the bank's financial instruments in environment finance,is one of the most effective tool to solve these problems.It can not only mobilize more capital for environmental industry by lever and release social vitality,but also make pollution industry transform by reducing the financial support.Finally,Green credit can make the allocation of resources more reasonable and help promote economy to develop in the direction of green and sustainable.The paper firstly introduce the connotation of green credit and related theory,which provide a theoretical basis for our country to develop green credit.Secondly,by using Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis,combined with charts and data the paper reveals the present situation of the development of green credit in China including the policy and system,main supply body,the scale and into,and the existing green credit products.Then put forward the problems that exist in the green credit in China,and use Static Games of Incomplete information to analysis the game between government and pollution,pollution enterprises and Banks.In the last part,on the basis of the green credit practice and experience of both China Industrial Bank and foreign countries,the paper puts forward the suggestions that develop green credit and make economic and environmental benefits in China.
